Inhumane traits and behaviours in the workplace, such as the proliferation of bad behaviour, envy, incitement and slander, must be overcome with professional counselling that combines scientific, practical, and spiritual elements. Yang Berhormat Pehin Udana Khatib Dato Paduka Seri Setia Ustaz Haji Awang Badaruddin bin Pengarah Dato Paduka Haji Awang Othman, The Minister Of Religious Affairs stated the matter at the National Counselling Conference, 'NICHE', organised by the Brunei Darussalam Counselling Association, PERKAB. It took place at the Civil Service Institute, 13th November morning.

The conference gathered scholars from various fields focused on integrating counselling practices into a conducive workplace environment to enhance emotional well-being, strengthen professional relationships and boost organizational performance. The ceremony included a Souvenir presentation to keynote speakers, plenary speakers and workshop facilitators.
